We take care of everything with just one phone call to our office. We make it so easy for you to focus on your practice and patients!

Doctors Staffing manages the payroll for temporary employees, including income taxes and all other applicable taxes (e.g. unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation, etc.). We also prepare and send out the annual W-2 form. Our dental staff is paid at the end of every day worked!

Temp-to-Hire is an employment arrangement where a candidate is initially hired on a temporary basis with the possibility of being offered a permanent position after a trial period. This trial allows both parties to assess whether the position and the practice are the right fit. Benefits of Temp to Hire include:

  • Evaluate Fit: You’ll get the chance to experience the person in your office setting seeing first hand how they fit in before committing to a permanent position.
  • Opportunity: Temp to hire may be particularly helpful if the person does not have all the skills sets you require. For example, many new Dental Assistants are looking for experience and would love to prove to you that they are willing to learn and do the job!
  • Skill Development and Networking: Dental professionals are looking enhance their resume’s, expand their networks and build professional relationships.
  • Making the Decision: If both you and the person are satisfied after the trial period, a full-time position will be offered. If it doesn’t work out, Doctors Staffing will provide feedback to the candidate and look to find the person a more suitable position.
