We also take the hassle of payroll. Doctors Staffing pays our Temps directly! We handle payroll including income taxes, unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation, etc. We also prepare and send out the annual W-2 form. We pay our Temps daily!

Permanent Placement

Doctors Staffing also offers permanent placement services. Our permanent placement services includes everything from soup to nuts. That is, from an inital consultation with the office, placing the open position on a job board, initial screening of candiates and scheduling the interviews with the doctor.

Once the best qualified candidate has been identified, we recommend a Temp-to-Hire process to ensure the candidate performs as expected. That is, the candidate is placed at the office by Doctors Staffing for 30 days. Payroll is handled by Doctors Staffing for this period. If the candidate meets the expectations of the office, the candiate is then hired by the office. If it’s not the best fit, Doctors Staffing will find the candidate other employment opportunities. Doctors Staffing will then contiue the search until another qualified candidate is identified. This process allows both parties to assess whether the position and the practice are the right fit.
